The pool of Company's skilled engineers with specialization in tool design, tool making and manufacturing systems will continuously upgrade through training and exposure to customer needs in the field.
The Company Engineers will frequently visit the customers to solve their problems and issues and participate jointly in reducing the PPM rate of the customers' end products.
The Tool design section will be supported with a proper CAD Station and the design engineers carry out proper analysis of the process and product through PFMEA and DFMEA.
When the occasion arises, company also will carry out advanced stress analysis in the computer to find solution to customer's field problem.
The Company also deploys high quality utility services, material handling system and storage systems to ensure reliability in production systems and also achieve high degree of productivity.
The Company also practices advanced workshop management systems for continuous improvement and high degree of house keeping and cleanliness.
